Real Estate & Construction Disputes
Mechanics' liens, title disputes, property management disputes, HOA matters, and construction defect litigation. Familiarity with the Texas Property Code, including lien challenge and enforcement under Chapter 53.
Insurance Coverage Litigation
First-party and third-party coverage disputes, including wind and hail claims, bad faith, and insurer duty-to-defend matters. Experience with both policyholder-side and coverage analysis work.
Federal Court Practice
Active federal docket spanning district courts in California, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Idaho, and New Hampshire, as well as federal bankruptcy courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Admitted to 10 federal district courts and 3 federal bankruptcy courts across multiple circuits.
