Matthew represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and commercial matters in state and federal courts, arbitration, FINRA proceedings, and regulatory disputes. He is known for turning dense facts and competing risks into a disciplined strategy that clients can understand and act on.
His background includes lender-liability work at Cappello & Noël, an eleven-month construction-defect trial that produced a substantial judgment, more than $190 million in verdicts and settlements, and work on transactions exceeding $2 billion.
